Shipping policy

  • Deliveries are made daily between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM on the next calendar day after you place your order.

  • Our routes are computer-generated each day based on the most efficient route for the overall deliveries. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for your order, or accommodate requests for a specific delivery time.
  • You should receive an automated alert (text and/or email) when your order has left our warehouse, and another when your order has been delivered to your doorstep. Please use your cell phone number when ordering.

  • Please ensure that you have made arrangements to get your order to your freezer as soon as it's been delivered.

  • Consider placing a suitably-sized cooler box (or freezer) in a conspicuous place on your doorstep where we can place your order. You must include in your order notes to put into the cooler. 

  • All deliveries are made to the first point of access at the delivery location (front step/porch, outside gate, main complex door, concierge, etc.). Due to insurance liability, our drivers are unable to enter houses or apartment buildings. For the safety of your pets, our drivers will not open gates into fenced yards.
    • Attention Apartment Deliveries!! We do not bring it up to your apartment (due to liability as noted above). Once "buzzed" in, it will be left near the mail boxes or parcel room.
    • If you do not "buzz" the driver in, it will be left at the door either outside or inside the vestibule. We are not responsible for stolen deliveries. 
    • We do not accept any responsibility for orders that thaw or are stolen after they've been delivered, or are delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Please note we have GPS and cameras in our van to verify delivery. We will review all info before refunds or replacements are issues for food delivered to wrong addresses. 

      • Our delivery system (times, available days, charges, etc.) are subject to change.
